Calendar FAQ

Where does a calendar item come from?
Either a CRM overlay (deal closure, campaign, task due, meeting, compliance deadline, contract expiry, festival), a holiday feed entry, your custom event, or a Google-synced event. The detail sheet always links back to the source entity where one exists.
How do I get my meetings into an external calendar?
Copy the signed iCal link from the calendar header and subscribe to it in Google/Outlook/Apple Calendar.
How does Google sync work?
Connect Google from the calendar header, then sync. Synced events appear as Google-imported entries and meeting chips surface their Meet join URLs.
Can I delete items?
Only custom events you own. Overlay items must be changed at their source (reschedule the task, move the deal closure, update the filing deadline).
A layer shows nothing — is it broken?
Usually the layer is toggled off, the date range has no items, or read access on the source module hides rows. Check sidebar toggles first.
