How does Zoho signing work end to end?
Set the signer email, choose a template, and send. Poll Zoho status with sync — when Zoho reports Signed, the contract auto-marks. Use manual Mark Signed only for signatures completed outside Zoho.
What does the AI audit check?
The contract review runs your document against standard terms and returns parsed risk output on the AI tab — a second pair of eyes, not legal advice or an approval.
When is a filing overdue?
Deadline passed and status is anything but filed. The Kanban and calendar list both surface overdue items; the notification center can alert on compliance deadlines too.
Who can add or edit filings?
Creation and field edits are manager-gated; bulk updates additionally require compliance delete. If fields are read-only for you, route changes through your manager.
Where is proof of filing stored?
Upload vault proof on the filing drawer — it lands in R2 alongside contract documents.
