Where did Approvals and Proposals go?
Into the Work Hub. /approvals and /proposals redirect to /work?tab=approvals — decide everything there, one by one, with a rationale.
What counts as a run?
One attempt of an automated or agent action: which copilot or automation, which attempt, status, output summary, and error if it failed.
Why can I bulk-snooze but not bulk-approve?
Snooze/dismiss only reschedules your view; approvals are governed decisions, so each needs an individual approve/reject with rationale.
What do urgency buckets mean?
Overdue, today, soon, later — computed across tasks, lifecycle steps, executions, reviews, and approvals so the top of Attention is always the most time-critical item.
An execution failed — retry or dismiss?
Retry if the error looks transient (the ledger shows failed_retryable); dismiss only when the action is genuinely no longer wanted. Snoozed items wait in their collapsible section.
