Symptom: Derived health looks wrong (red while work seems fine)

Cause: Derived health follows milestone states and overdue items — a completed milestone left open, or a stale due date, drags it down.

Fix: Close completed milestones, correct due dates, and re-check the Overview tab.

Symptom: No artifact button / cannot start an artifact

Cause: Artifact actions check projects edit; the deliverable may already own its one artifact.

Fix: Confirm your permission, and check whether an artifact already exists on that deliverable (open it instead of starting a new one).

Symptom: Delivery Studio entry missing or Generate disabled

Cause: Studio is gated by a rollout flag plus delivery:create; spend-ceiling changes need delivery:manage.

Fix: Ask a System Manager about the rollout flag and your delivery permissions.

Symptom: Portfolio list missing projects I expect

Cause: List filters (health/status/owner/client) persist, and projects:create/edit/delete gate what you can change — read scope may also narrow rows.

Fix: Clear filters and saved-view selections, then confirm projects read access with your manager.
