Google Meet capture

Wunderkint’s meeting notetaker can join Google Meet calls. With Google Meet capture, the CRM reads the Google Meet invitations already on your Google Calendar, suggests the matching CRM record, and lets you send the notetaker in one click — no copy-pasting meeting links.

  • A System Manager must configure a notetaker provider in Settings → Meeting bot (Vexa or Recall.ai).
  • You connect Google Calendar under Settings → Integrations → Google Meet (or the Google Calendar card). Google Meet capture rides the same OAuth connection as Calendar.
  1. The CRM periodically pulls your primary Google Calendar and records the Google Meet conference link and attendee list on each event.
  2. On Meetings, the Google Meet panel lists calls in the next 7 days.
  3. Each call’s attendees are matched to CRM records: an attendee email matching a lead or contact wins, then the organization matched by attendee email domain.
  4. Pick the record (the top match is selected by default) and click Send notetaker. When the call ends, the transcript is turned into a review draft — nothing is written to the CRM until a reviewer applies it.
  1. Open Meetings.
  2. In the Google Meet panel, find the call and confirm the Match chip is the right record.
  3. Click Send notetaker. The panel shows the bot status and links to the captured minutes once the transcript lands.

If the call already has a bot on the way, the panel shows its status instead of a second dispatch button.

A System Manager can enable Auto-send the notetaker to upcoming Google Meet calls in Settings → Meeting bot. When enabled, the sync job dispatches the notetaker automatically for calls starting within the next few minutes. It is off by default; users can always dispatch manually.

Click Refresh calendar in the panel to pull your calendar immediately rather than waiting for the next sync.

  • No calls listed — confirm Google Calendar is connected and the events actually have a Meet link (Google adds one when a Meet conference is attached). Past events are hidden; only today and future calls appear.
  • No CRM match — the attendees’ emails are not on a lead/contact and their domain does not match an organization. You can still send the notetaker; the meeting is captured unlinked.
  • Dispatched button is disabled — no notetaker provider is configured. Ask a System Manager to set one up in Settings → Meeting bot.
