Which events notify me?
Deal stage changes, new leads, payments, client-health drops, task assignments and overdue items, mentions, compliance deadlines, and margin alerts.
How do I stop email for one event type but keep the rest?
In Settings → Notifications, toggle email per event (leads, deals, tasks, vendors, projects) without touching the others.
Realtime vs digest — what changes?
Realtime pushes each event as it happens; daily/weekly digests roll them into one summary. The choice is per user.
Browser push never arrives
Push needs the browser permission grant plus the in-app toggle. If you dismissed the permission prompt, re-enable notifications for the site in the browser address-bar settings, then toggle again.
Why did I get notified about a record I cannot open?
Notification visibility and record read scope are separate checks — the row follows its link, and record-level permissions still apply at the destination.
