Filter by source, urgency, priority, and text; sort or group by urgency; use focus mode to work the single top item. Row actions complete tasks, retry failed executions, snooze to tomorrow, or dismiss/restore. Bulk select handles snooze/dismiss (permission-gated); approvals are always individual. Keyboard: j/k move, Enter opens, e acts, Esc backs out.
Approvals
Section titled “Approvals”The Approvals tab lists pending approvals assigned to you or unassigned-but-decidable under the permission matrix. Decide with approve/reject plus a rationale — each proposal links its canonical approval request and is only decidable while both sides are pending. /approvals and /proposals redirect here; there is no separate approvals UI anymore.
Runs and the ledger
Section titled “Runs and the ledger”A run is one attempt of an automated or agent action (copilot, attempt number, status, output summary, error), retryable with tasks edit. The Activity tab renders the execution ledger: action label, source, attempt, and succeeded/failed-retryable status. The delivery review queue sits embedded above the list.
