How is project health computed?
Health can be derived (from milestone/deliverable progress and overdue items) or set manually on the Overview tab. Derived health only stays truthful if milestones are closed when done and due dates are current.
What is the difference between a deliverable and an artifact?
A deliverable is the plan row (what is owed, when). An artifact is the produced work itself — each deliverable owns at most one, created from a template and moved through review, approval, and publication.
What does Delivery Studio cost control look like?
Generation shows a spend ceiling with estimate/remaining indicators. Raising the ceiling or changing the brand contract requires delivery:manage; generation itself requires delivery:create plus the rollout flag.
What happens when I delete a project?
It is archived, not destroyed — child records (milestones, deliverables, artifacts) are retained.
Who can edit status, health, and plans?
Actions are gated by projects create/edit/delete permissions. Inline edits, bulk operations, CSV export, and templates each check the matching capability.
Where do I see everything merged?
The Timeline tab merges milestones, deliverables, and tasks into one chronological view; the portfolio list rolls health and progress up across projects.
