Campaigns Sequences FAQ
What is a campaign here?
A campaign organizes influencer/talent work for a client: it has a lifecycle stage (planning, briefing, shortlist, outreach, contracting, live, wrap), a status (draft, active, completed, archived), an organization, and a roster of creator rows.
What does each creator row track?
Every added creator gets parallel trackers — talent status (shortlisted → contacted → negotiating → confirmed → live → completed/dropped), plus outreach, contract, content, and approval statuses — so one row shows the whole engagement state.
Can I add the same creator twice?
No — adds are deduplicated by vendor link, display name, platform, and profile URL against existing roster members and the current batch; duplicates are skipped and counted in the result.
Where do campaign changes get logged?
Status changes write timeline events on the campaign (for example "Creator moved to confirmed") and mirror activity entries onto the linked organization and vendor records.
How do sequences relate to campaigns?
They don't directly — sequences are email journeys you build once (a node graph of emails/waits/branches) and enroll Leads or Cold Contacts into. Campaigns manage talent workflows; sequences automate outbound email.
Why must I publish a sequence before activating it?
Activating runs the published, immutable graph version — not your live draft. Publish creates that snapshot (version 1, 2, …); activation is rejected until one exists.
