Creator record vs vendor profile — which do I use?
Creator records are the lightweight working layer (discovery, shortlists, status). Link or merge into a vendor profile only when procurement, payment, or a campaign needs the full vendor machinery.
How do shortlists reach a campaign?
Save selections as a List, then use the list to create or enrich a campaign draft, or add to campaign per card from Profiles.
What do match confidence badges mean?
≥85 is high confidence (safe to confirm the merge); 60–85 needs human review of the name/username/bio, email, and cross-link evidence first.
Why do I see a fallback instead of creators?
The creators view requires influencer read. Without it you get the fallback — ask for the permission rather than working around it.
Why is discovery empty or stale?
Check the platform health panel: an offline platform or a backed-up scraper queue stalls runs. Narrow filters (niche + location + follower range together) can also legitimately return few creators.
